Gabriela is a DHA-licensed Physiotherapist with 16 years of experience specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, return-to-play strategies, and performance physiotherapy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Santa Paula University in Costa Rica and has built her career across clinical, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, fitness, and high-performance environments.
She is currently working with elite performers in a high-demand live show setting, providing physiotherapy care focused on rapid recovery, injury prevention, and safe return to performance. Her approach combines detailed assessment, manual therapy, dry needling, functional rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and patient education to support recovery and optimize movement.
Gabriela has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, designing individualized rehabilitation programs, and supporting patients through both recovery and performance-based goals. Her background in hydrotherapy and functional movement also allows her to create well-rounded treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
