Do I need a referral?
Not for self-pay. Some insurers may require one — the booking portal flags this before you confirm, based on your policy.
How long is the first visit?
Consultation length varies based on the specialty - doctor, physio, chiro - with longer initial consultations (30-60 minutes) and shorter follow-ups (30-45 minutes). Please arrive a few minutes early for intake, and session duration can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Will I get a treatment plan?
Yes—your care will include a personalized, milestone-based plan so you always know what comes next.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Partners, parents, translators — all welcome.
What if I need imaging?
If ultrasound is indicated we do it in-clinic on the day. X-ray, DEXA, MRI referrals go to our DHCC Imaging Center, DISC Diagnostics, often same-day.
