We currently don't offer standalone sports massage sessions in Dubai. If you're looking for muscle recovery or tension release, we recommend booking a manual therapy session with one of our physiotherapists or chiropractors. These sessions focus on deep tissue release, mobility, and recovery, similar to a sports massage but delivered by licensed medical professionals.

Am I allowed to have the session during my period?

Can I do intense workouts before or after the session?
