Dr Harpreet Sood is a physician executive, healthcare adviser, and board-level leader with over 15 years of experience across the UK, United States, and Middle East. He is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Skai Health, a physician-led preventive medicine and longevity clinic operating across Dubai and London, and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford.
His approach combines preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, longitudinal patient care, and digital health innovation. At Skai Health, he leads clinical governance, quality improvement, physician credentialing, care-model development, and a medical-grade cardiopulmonary exercise testing programme supported by a multidisciplinary specialist team.
Dr Sood has extensive experience in healthcare transformation, clinical governance, artificial intelligence, digital health, primary care, and national health policy. His leadership experience includes co-founding the NHS Digital Academy, contributing to major NHS digital transformation initiatives, supporting the launch of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, and advising healthcare organisations, governments, investors, and health technology companies internationally.
