Nermine earned her BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Sharjah in the UAE. She began her career at Saudi German Hospital in Dubai, focusing on pain management for a wide range of patients. She later completed her MSc in Sports Injury Management from the University of Bath, UK, where she developed a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and creating tailored treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons.
In 2012, Nermine joined DISC as a physiotherapist, after which she played an instrumental role in mentoring healthcare professionals. Over the years, she has advanced to her current role as Country Manager, where she oversees all clinic operations in the UAE, ensuring high-quality care and spearheading the clinic’s vision for expansion across the GCC and beyond.
Nermine is fluent in English and Arabic, passionate about sports, and actively involved in community and educational initiatives.
